At Online Door Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new doors aren't a perfect fit for your home, you can return them within 30 days of delivery provided they remain in their original, un-hung condition.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Doors
Ensure all doors are placed back in their original protective packaging, including all hardware and documentation, to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Schedule Collection
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate with our specialized courier service to schedule a convenient pickup time from your property.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
